C.E.O.s of Tomorrow Youth Conference
October 26, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Fulton County Commissioner Natalie Hall and the Fulton County Board of Commissioners presents it’s Annual C.E.O.S of Tomorrow Youth Conference
The C.E.O.s youth conference is designed to help youth to “Talk, Think, and Take Action”
The youth of our community face barriers and obstacles to their success on a daily basis. Fulton County District 4 Commissioner Natalie Hall is committed to supporting Fulton’s county’s young people by providing them with an annual youth conference designed to help them overcome challenges and socioeconomic barriers that they are facing. The conference will utilize panel discussions, workshops and interactive demonstrations from professionals involved in Atlanta’s thriving knowledge-based businesses (KBB’s). Knowledge-based businesses rely heavily on an individual’s ability to create, obtain and apply knowledge to produce services and products. These high wage careers offer an increased quality of life and significant opportunities for growth and upward mobility. Youth will also hear from members of the justice community, elected officials, health and wellness professionals and youth based non-profit organizations.
The C.E.O.s youth conference will address:
- Careers and leadership options in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics
- Help students down a path to Entrepreneurship
- Team building strategies and how to work collaboratively to achieve their goals
- How to recognize the situations and temptations that can derail their future success
